At Eversafe Security Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you experience an issue with your order, our support team is here to help. Please review the following guidelines to understand our return and exchange process.

1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Contact our support team at support@eversafestore.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, contact information, and a description of the issue.
  • Await return authorization before shipping any product back.
  • Ensure the product is in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, and components (unless the issue involves a defect).

Important: Unauthorized returns sent to us without prior approval may be denied, refused, or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. After the initial 30-day window, returns or exchanges are granted at the sole discretion of our support team and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Custom or personalized products (See our Proofing & Design Approval Guidelines)
  • Products modified or altered after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition due to customer handling or misuse
  • Clearance, final sale, or discontinued products (unless defective)

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact our support team before attempting a return.

3. Defective or Damaged Products If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended:

  • Contact us within 30 days at support@eversafestore.com.
  • Provide photos or video of the issue, a clear description of the defect, and your order number.

Our team will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution. Possible resolutions include:

  • A replacement product
  • An exchange for an item of equal value
  • A partial or full refund
  • Technical troubleshooting (if applicable)

Note: We may request additional documentation for verification.

4. Exchanges Exchanges may be offered for defective products, incorrect items received, or items significantly different from the description on our site. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange cannot be completed, an alternative solution (refund or replacement) will be offered.

5. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Eversafe Security Solutions covers all return shipping costs.
  • Customer preference returns (if approved): The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise authorized by our team.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Eversafe Security Solutions is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Refunds may be denied if items are missing parts or packaging, show signs of excessive wear/misuse/damage, or if the product is otherwise ineligible under this policy.

7. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please email us at support@eversafestore.com.

8. Unauthorized Returns Products returned without prior authorization from our support team will not qualify for a replacement or refund, may not be processed, and may be refused or returned at your expense. Always obtain written approval first.

9. How to Start a Return To begin a return, contact us via email at support@eversafestore.com and include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Our team will respond promptly with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
